This is a book I've been working on since 2019. I've finally started posting it on Royal Road, hoping to get it published afterward.

Matthew Allen is a bored office worker with a secret ability: he can see multiple possible timelines of the next few seconds and choose which one should happen, effectively being able to create short-term time loops at will. When he inadvertently uses this ability to fight off some muggers on a shuttle, he gets hooked on the adrenaline. But his new thrill-seeking tendencies soon pull him deeper and deeper into a conspiracy that threatens his home planet, and he’ll have to grapple with super-powered foes and his own waning morality to overcome it.
